Retraining in Computer Science : Small is Beautiful
Author: Gerald E. Wilson and Stanley Seltzer
Nearly everyone in college teaching is aware of the tremendous increase in the demand for computer-related courses, and the instructors to teach them, that has taken place in the past 10 years. There continues to be a tremendous shortage of computer science faculty, especially at small colleges.
