If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges) or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Software Returns. Software may only be returned for refund within 30 days of the purchase date if the packaging is unopened and factory sealed. Opened software can only be returned for replacement. No software returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Custom/Special Order Returns. NO RETURNS will be accepted on custom/special orders which include, custom CDROM's, Videos and/or custom print jobs.
