Thrills and Spills In Motion I

The activities in this Pull-Out serve both as an introduction to motion detector equipment and the study of motion. Students move within the field of a motion detector and investigate the resulting distance vs. time graph.
In the final activity, students apply what they have learned to the design of a near-collision stunt and test their design using toy cars.
