Water Power

Author: Brian Bolt

In recent years there has been renewed interest in finding alternative sources of energy to those provided by fossil fuels and nuclear power. To anyone living near the sea, the interest has centered on the energy in the waves and the tides, but to anyone living near a stream or river, thoughts must have turned to ways of harnessing all that energy that flows by every hour of every day from the hills to the sea.
